This Blouse features a ruffle scoop neck, with button through front. The blouse is roomy and loose fit, with puffy 3/4 sleeves with cuffs, and 2 decorated folded lines. Fabric shown on model's blouse is S23-54 and C2.
The garment is made of high quality English cotton 100% Tana Lawn. The fabric itself is very fine and has an amazing nice touch that feels like silk. It is not thick like normal cotton nor elasticity like jersey. This is pure cotton woven.
