This top features an adjustable ruffle victorian collar neck, short sleeves and slightly loose fit. The top is slipped on and airy. Very practical, you can pair with anything, short, skirt, skinny jeans. Finish your look with wedge sandals or flats for a comfy and elegant look.
The garment is made of high quality English cotton 100% Tana Lawn. The fabric itself is very fine and has an amazing nice touch that feels like silk. It is not thick like normal cotton nor elasticity like jersey. This is pure cotton woven.
