Liberty Jardin's ruffle bloomer for baby and little girl.
This bloomer features a cute high ruffle waist with very soft elastic. It is lined in cotton and It can be used as summer bloomer and also as swim wear. You can also wear over leggings on autumn days. The bloomer comes with matching hair bow.

The garment is made of high quality English cotton 100% Tana Lawn. The fabric itself is very fine and has an amazing nice touch that feels like silk. It is not thick like normal cotton nor elasticity like jersey. This is pure cotton woven.
