Liberty Jardin's ruffle bloomer for baby and little girl.
This bloomer features a ruffle high waist, with elasctic case on the waistline and on the thighs. The elastic is high quality and soft which won't hurt your baby's thighs. It can be used as summer bloomer and also as swim wear. Can also wear over leggings on autumn days. The bloomer comes with matching hair bow. Sizes are available from 0M-5Y.

The garment is made of high quality English cotton 100% Tana Lawn. The fabric itself is very fine and has an amazing nice touch that feels like silk. It is not thick like normal cotton nor elasticity like jersey. This is pure cotton woven.
